Comedy Class

Laughs University - Intro To Stand-Up Comedy

This eight-week stand-up comedy workshop is designed to help comics write, refine, and perform a polished five-minute set ready for open mics, showcases, and live shows.

Each week features an interactive, performance-driven workshop focused on the core skills working comedians rely on, including:

• Writing techniques and joke development

• Joke structure and storytelling

• Stage presence and mic control

• Comedy terminology and set construction

The course is led by Ellis Rodriguez, a professional stand-up comedian with years of live performance experience. Sessions give every student real-time feedback each week.
